This Privacy Policy describes how Everlife Group LLC, doing business as EverLife Insurance Group (“EverLife,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit our website at everlifeinsgroup.com (the “Site”), submit recruiting or contact forms, or schedule an interview through third-party scheduling tools linked from the Site.
This Site is an informational recruiting and careers website for licensed life insurance producers and candidates. It is not a consumer insurance shopping portal and is not intended for children under 16.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
EverLife does not sell personal information. We also do not currently enable Google Analytics advertising features, Google Signals, or remarketing, and we do not currently share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).
When enabled, our standard Google Analytics 4 (GA4) measurement is configured as a service-provider / contractor disclosure for our analytics purposes, which we do not treat as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. If we later enable GA advertising features, Google Signals, remarketing, or another setting that changes this treatment, we will update this Policy and provide the applicable opt-out controls.
To submit a California privacy request, or to ask questions about this statement, email info@everlifeinsgroup.com with the subject line “California Privacy Request — Do Not Sell or Share,” or see California Consumer Privacy Rights below.
1. Information We Collect
We collect personal information that you provide directly and limited information that is collected automatically when you use the Site.
A. Information you provide
- Contact and identifiers: name, email address, phone number, and similar contact details.
- Professional / recruiting information: license status, interest in joining EverLife, message content, and other career-related details you choose to include in a contact or recruiting form or email.
- Interview scheduling information: if you click “Schedule Interview” and use Calendly (or a similar tool), that provider may collect your name, email, phone, meeting preferences, and related scheduling data on its own platform. That collection is governed by the provider’s privacy policy in addition to this Policy.
B. Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data: browser type, device type, general location derived from an IP address, pages viewed, referring URL, and timestamps. When GA4 is enabled, Google may also receive this information and related event data for standard site measurement. Google states that GA4 does not log or store IP addresses; an IP address may be processed briefly to derive coarse location and then discarded.
- Cookies and similar technologies: see our Cookie Policy. When enabled, GA4 may use analytics cookies such as
_gaand_ga_*. Third parties such as Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com) and Calendly may also receive technical data when you load fonts or open their scheduling page.
2. Categories of Personal Information (CCPA/CPRA)
For California residents, the following summarizes categories of personal information we have collected in the prior 12 months (or that we may collect), the typical sources, and the business or commercial purposes for which we use them:
| Category (CPRA) | Examples | Sources | Purpose | Sold / Shared? |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Identifiers | Name, email, phone, IP address | You; your device; scheduling tools | Recruiting, responding to inquiries, Site security | No sale. Limited disclosure to service providers (see below). |
| Customer / candidate records | Contact details; correspondence | You (forms, email, Calendly) | Recruiting and careers communications | No |
| Professional or employment-related information | License status; career interest; interview notes you provide | You | Evaluating fit for contracting / careers | No |
| Internet or electronic network activity | Page views, referring URLs, browser/device data, timestamps, approximate location, and analytics cookie IDs such as _ga and _ga_* when GA4 is enabled |
Your device; Google Analytics when enabled; font/CDN providers; Calendly when used | Operate and secure the Site; understand traffic and improve the recruiting experience; load fonts; enable scheduling | No sale. Standard GA4 measurement is treated as a service-provider disclosure, not CCPA “sharing”; technical data may be received by providers when you use their services. |
| Geolocation (coarse) | Approximate location from IP | Your device / network | Security and approximate analytics when GA4 is enabled | No sale. See the GA4 disclosure below. |
| Inferences | Interest in joining based on your message | Derived from information you provide | Recruiting follow-up | No |
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (as defined under CPRA) through this Site for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, precise geolocation, or health information via the Site contact form.
3. How We Use Personal Information
We use personal information to:
- Respond to recruiting and career inquiries and schedule interviews;
- Evaluate candidacy for contracting or affiliation with EverLife;
- Communicate about opportunities, training, and next steps you request;
- Operate, maintain, and secure the Site;
- Comply with law, defend legal claims, and enforce our terms; and
- Measure traffic, understand how visitors use the Site, and improve our recruiting Site and candidate experience through standard GA4 analytics when enabled.
We do not use Site personal information to sell marketing lists, and we do not sell personal information to data brokers.
4. How We Disclose Personal Information
We may disclose personal information to:
- Service providers / contractors that help us operate the Site or recruiting process (for example, email/hosting providers, Google Analytics when enabled, and Calendly when you choose to schedule). These parties are authorized to use personal information only to perform services for us or as described in their own policies when you interact with them directly.
- Professional advisors (legal, compliance, accounting) under confidentiality obligations where needed.
- Authorities or other parties when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality.
Sale and sharing: We do not sell personal information. We do not currently share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Standard GA4 measurement, when enabled, is used as an analytics service-provider / contractor disclosure and is not treated by EverLife as CCPA “sharing.” If we enable Google Signals, remarketing, or other GA advertising features, we will update this Policy before or when the feature is enabled and identify the resulting sharing and opt-out choices as required by law.
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
We plan to use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use the Site and improve its content and recruiting experience. GA4 may collect or receive internet or electronic network activity information, including IP address processing (truncated or anonymized where applicable) for coarse location (Google states that GA4 does not log or store IP addresses), device and browser details, pages and events viewed, referring URLs, approximate location, timestamps, and identifiers in analytics cookies such as _ga and _ga_*. We will use standard GA4 measurement by default and will not enable Google Signals, personalized advertising, or remarketing by default.
Google acts as our analytics service provider / contractor for this standard measurement. We do not treat that limited service-provider disclosure as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. Google’s privacy practices are described in its Privacy Policy. If advertising features are enabled later, we will update this Policy and provide the applicable notice and opt-out mechanism.
Analytics and advertising-related opt-outs: You can block or delete analytics cookies through browser controls; enable the Global Privacy Control (GPC) in a supported browser (we intend to honor recognized GPC signals for applicable opt-out rights when GA4 is enabled); email info@everlifeinsgroup.com with “Analytics Opt-Out”; or install Google’s Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. These choices may need to be repeated if you change browsers or devices or clear cookies.
Third-party sites: Links to Calendly, Google Fonts, or other external services are not controlled by EverLife. Their collection practices are governed by their own privacy policies. Loading Google Fonts or opening Calendly may result in those companies receiving your IP address and related technical data. We disclose this for transparency; we do not treat these technical transfers as a “sale” of personal information.
5. California Consumer Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the rights described below under the CCPA/CPRA, subject to verification and legal exceptions.
Your California rights at a glance
- Right to know / access — categories and specific pieces of personal information we collected about you, sources, purposes, and categories of third parties to whom we disclosed it.
- Right to delete — request deletion of personal information we collected from you, subject to exceptions (e.g., completing a transaction, security, legal compliance, or internal uses reasonably aligned with your expectations).
- Right to correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing — we do not sell personal information or currently share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If GA advertising features are enabled later, you may opt out using applicable browser controls, a recognized GPC signal, or by emailing us; see Analytics and advertising-related opt-outs below.
- Right to limit use and disclosure of sensitive personal information — we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a limit-use right beyond what is necessary to provide requested services. You may still contact us with questions.
- Right to non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising CCPA/CPRA rights (for example, by denying goods or services, or charging different prices, because you exercised a privacy right).
How to submit a request
Email info@everlifeinsgroup.com with the subject line “California Privacy Request” and tell us:
- Which right you wish to exercise (know/access, delete, correct, opt-out of sale/share, limit sensitive PI, or other);
- Your full name and the email/phone you used with us; and
- Enough detail for us to locate your information (for example, approximate date of contact or interview).
You may also mail a written request to: Everlife Group LLC, 2723 Pursell Cir, Sarasota, FL 34232, Attn: Privacy.
Do Not Sell or Share: Although we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, you can email the same address with subject “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” to confirm your preference. See also the statement at the top of this Policy.
Verification
We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. We may ask you to confirm information we already have (such as email address or recent correspondence). For requests seeking specific pieces of sensitive information, we may require a higher level of verification. We will not fulfill a request if we cannot reasonably verify that you are the consumer about whom we collected information.
Authorized agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require proof that the agent is authorized to act for you (for example, a signed permission) and may still need to verify your identity directly unless the agent has a valid power of attorney under California law.
Response timing
We will acknowledge and respond to verifiable consumer requests within the timeframes required by law (generally 45 days, with a possible extension of up to an additional 45 days when reasonably necessary and with notice).
Shine the Light (California Civil Code § 1798.83)
California’s “Shine the Light” law permits residents to request certain information about disclosure of personal information to third parties for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes. EverLife does not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. If you have questions, contact us at info@everlifeinsgroup.com.
6. Retention
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including recruiting follow-up, legitimate business needs, dispute resolution, and legal, tax, or regulatory requirements. Retention periods vary by record type. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it in accordance with our practices, subject to backups and archival systems that are deleted on a rolling basis.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If you believe your interaction with us is no longer secure, please contact us immediately at info@everlifeinsgroup.com.
8. Minors
The Site is not directed to individuals under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. We do not sell or share the personal information of consumers we know are under 16. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
9. Other U.S. State Privacy Rights
Residents of certain other states may have similar rights to access, delete, or correct personal information, or to opt out of targeted advertising or sales. Because we do not sell personal information or engage in cross-context behavioral advertising, many opt-out rights may not apply to current Site practices. You may still email info@everlifeinsgroup.com to exercise applicable rights or ask questions. We will respond consistent with applicable law.
10. Cookies
Please see our Cookie Policy for details on cookies, Google Fonts, Calendly, and how to control cookies through your browser.
11. Policy Updates
We will update this Privacy Policy as the Site grows and features are added or changed, including analytics, forms, CRM connections, scheduling, and other tools. Check the Effective date and Last updated date at the top of this page for the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy, to the extent permitted by law.
