This Cookie Policy explains how Everlife Group LLC d/b/a EverLife Insurance Group (“EverLife,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on everlifeinsgroup.com (the “Site”). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
Current practice: We plan to use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for standard, non-advertising site measurement. No live GA4 tag or measurement ID has been added to this static Site yet. When GA4 is enabled, Google Analytics cookies will be used as described below. Cookies or similar technologies may also be used by third parties when you load fonts from Google or click through to Calendly to schedule an interview.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include pixels, local storage, and scripts that remember preferences or transmit technical data. Cookies may be “first-party” (set by us) or “third-party” (set by another domain).

3. Third-Party Technologies
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
When enabled, GA4 helps us understand how visitors use the Site. It may collect or receive IP address processing (truncated or anonymized where applicable) for coarse location (Google states that GA4 does not log or store IP addresses), device and browser details, pages and events viewed, referring URLs, approximate location, timestamps, and analytics cookie identifiers such as _ga and _ga_*. We plan to use standard measurement only; Google Signals, personalized advertising, and remarketing are not enabled by default. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com)
The Site loads web fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those resources, Google may receive your IP address, browser details, and related technical data. Google’s use of that information is governed by Google’s privacy policy. We use fonts for design and readability, not for advertising.
Calendly
When you click Schedule Interview, you leave our Site (or open Calendly’s interface) to book a meeting. Calendly may set cookies and collect personal information (such as name, email, and meeting details) under Calendly’s own privacy and cookie policies. Review Calendly’s notices before submitting information.
4. California Note (Sale / Share)
As described in our Privacy Policy, EverLife does not sell personal information. Standard GA4 measurement, when enabled, is treated as a service-provider disclosure for analytics and not as CCPA “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. If GA advertising features are enabled later, we will update this Policy and provide applicable opt-out controls. Loading Google Fonts or using Calendly may involve those companies receiving technical or scheduling data when you use their services. 5. How to Control Cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Typical options include blocking all cookies, blocking third-party cookies, or deleting cookies already stored. Steps vary by browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, etc.). Visit your browser’s help pages for instructions.
- Blocking or deleting analytics cookies, including
_gaand_ga_*, prevents or limits GA4 measurement in that browser. - Enable the Global Privacy Control (GPC) in a supported browser; we intend to honor recognized GPC signals for applicable opt-out rights when GA4 is enabled.
- Install Google’s Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- Email info@everlifeinsgroup.com with “Analytics Opt-Out.”
- Blocking some cookies may affect Site appearance (for example, fonts) or prevent scheduling tools from working properly. Private/incognito modes often discard cookies when the session ends.
- For Calendly specifically, manage preferences in Calendly’s interface and cookie notices when you visit their domain.
6. Policy Updates
We will update this Cookie Policy as the Site grows and features are added or changed, including analytics, forms, CRM connections, scheduling, and other tools. Check the Effective date and Last updated date at the top of this page. If we add advertising or other cookie-based tools, we will also update our Privacy Policy and provide any notices or controls required by law.
